At Konvert, we want you to feel confident using our platform to research competitors and generate ad creatives. If you've given it a genuine try and it's not working out, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscribers.
Our refund guarantee applies to monthly subscriptions purchased directly from usekonvert.com. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of your subscription date
- You must have used less than 50% of your monthly AI credit allowance
- You must provide us with examples of how you used the platform and the reasons you're requesting a refund
Yearly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. This includes cases where a subscription renews automatically and the subscriber did not cancel before the renewal date.
Our refund guarantee is designed for customers who have genuinely tried the platform and found it isn't the right fit. It is not intended for those who sign up with no intention of using the product, or who request a refund without having made any real attempt to use it. Konvert reserves the right to deny a refund request if we determine, at our discretion, that the platform was not used in good faith.
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If more than 7 days have passed, or if you've used 50% or more of your monthly AI credits, we won't be able to process a refund.
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@usekonvert.com with your account email, a brief reason for your request, and examples of how you used the platform. We genuinely want to help first, so our team will review your request and see if there's anything we can do to resolve the issue before processing a refund. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Once approved, we'll process your refund and cancel your subscription, with access ending immediately. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
No refunds will be issued in any of the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since your subscription purchase
- You have used 50% or more of your monthly AI credits
- You purchased a yearly subscription, regardless of usage or how many days have passed
- Your subscription, whether monthly or yearly, has renewed and been rebilled. For example, if you subscribe and are then rebilled 30 days later, that rebill is not refundable. It's your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue
- Any subscription payments made after the initial payment, including renewals, upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles
As part of our review process, we may ask for feedback on your experience to help us understand what didn't work and improve the platform. This isn't mandatory to receive a refund, but it helps us help the next person.
